Lately it seems like I've got it bad for pink. Blazing fuchsias to soft neutral champagnes, I want it & I want it now. I've never really been a pink kind of girl, so to speak, so I'm taking my new found love and incorporating it in pops, whether it be in the home or in my wardrobe. Here, I paired an all white (and almost all lace) outfit with a hot pink, ahem, undergarment & matching lips (and some gold around the neck, cause Boutique Minimaliste knows how it's done).

Wanted, needed, executed.

Hello & happy Wednesday. 

Quick today, as I'm posting for you between meetings (why I can't get this done at night when I'm watching 565 episodes of Breaking Bad is beyond me). I was quite smitten when Gap sent me this cheeky little blouse with CATS ON IT GUYS, and I have come to wear it just about all the time. It's perfect to wear to work with a suit, as it adds just enough quirkiness to an otherwise basic outfit. And it always gets the most giggles. For this day, I paired it with simple shorts, nude pumps, and my J. Crew Schoolboy blazer, which has the most fun back of collar colour contrast. Popped collar, you are happening.

I love this jacket the most. It's wonderful to build an outfit around (as was sort of done here), but it's also wonderful to throw on in a rush & accomplish the level of outfit oomph you desire. The best of both worlds!
